Now that's what great leadership is made of:
It turns out that taxpayers are picking up the tab for Prime Minister Stephen Harper's personal primper. After two days of ducking media and opposition questions, the Conservatives finally revealed Wednesday that Michelle Muntean is on Harper's government staff. But the revelation raises two more big questions: How much is she being paid? And why is there no government record of her employment. When we move on to the next era, the memoirs from this one are going to be entertaining.

Rank hath its privileges. I am now officially entitled to be publically outraged about this!
*outrage*
But hey, and you know, his hair really has been looking better lately. Perhaps all the toupée jokes were harshing his parliamentary experience.

The Liberals stole many millions of dollars and the NDP are human rights violators and - you're concerned about the PM having an image consultant on staff - grow up!
If he wants to have that then that is his business - how many assistants did martin and cretin have? Did they have to justify that? No.
Clearly naysayers have to grasp at straws with Mr. Harper.
P.S. BTW - I'm not related to the noted image consultant - didn't even know this person existed until yesterday when this issue was brought up.

Slow down there, Don. Harper is the one who did the mocking and the scoffing at others over this very issue. So Harper having a stylist is like the pot calling the kettle ebony-tinted-charcoal. I agree that it's probably legitimate that the Prime Minister of Canada have an image consultant for events, but why on earth is the CPC paying her expenses? Why is she a secret staff member? Why isn't she simply a publically acknowledge part of the communications team?

Also, what's this about the NDP violating human rights? Because while I might admit that Harper is indeed human... Or are you referring to something other than Harper's hair? Which was truly criminal, I might add. But which is now much improved.

Then read the article, Don. Harper yapped about these practices when her was a mere MP. He asked that people justify. You and the rest of your professional personal groomers need to learn your place and leave the politicians alone!
PS: Are you twelve?

Harper had the temerity to yap about his own party leader, Preston Manning, having such a person on staff.
