I don't know what turns on the point but I suppose it applies to more than just teens as well. Development of a business and professional class that isn't on two month contracts has a chance of having a greater stickiness there than in other economically depressed areas. So, I suppose the creation of CanNor, aside from the excellence of the name, is a decent enough idea. But is fifty million enough to do anything? Doesn't fifty million buy you a couple of buildings these days? Can three whole territories actually get a boost from that amount of cash?
