I don't get what you're saying, Al. I'm trying, but I simply can't make sense of this. Non-property based autonomy from the state? what would that be? It is property(the means to generate material things for sustenance) that makes you independent from the state---or that's how I learned my Locke.
I'm just not following you here. Toss me a lifesaver(preferable cherry)?

China is increasing its protections for property as it attacks informational privacy more and more. Property is not very good any more for protecting you from the state. Rightist libertarianism is accordingly insufficient.
