I think I met Gregory Warner twice, once when I was part of a listeners' panel for NCPR when we chatted with others about how great and vital and interesting US public radio is. I was also there pretending to be answering the membership drive phones on his last day and listened to his sign-off on his fifteen minute drive home news radio show.
