Where is it? A or B? I am hoping for B.
My only plan is for the Seashore Trolley Museum before we turn inland on #9 for a three-day doddle home.
New food fact of the day? Beale Street BBQ has a bulk take-away menu. Ten bucks for a pound of pulled pork is the deal of the century. Plus they have a bar for those who wait and you meet people like the very gentlemanly Eric Matheson, a film set maker as you wait which makes you order a second as you do wait and chat and mine was a Kentucky straight bourbon which I think was my first but not my last. My partner in crime, Tom (a wooden boat shipyard production manager and musician) and Eric had a great old gab and I suddenly found the life of a procurement solicitor in municipal practice less thrilling than the moment before.

You are a veritable Hemigway mein freund. I sit at home, pondering our 4 day camping holiday avec les enfants and my dear flustered spouse and think "I could be doing what Alan is doing instead (minus the baseball)" then reach for my rum and grumble.
