In all the excitement of current events, it is wise to remind ourselved of the rules:
- No personal references in the form of an attack - ie "you and all you X people all believe Y." Bad manners and bad debating skills.
- Stay on track. I have been deleting comments that are off topic when perfectly good threads for the topic of choice are available right before the commenter's eyes. Think.
- In return for violations, including violations by way of taunting the administration, rouges may find themslves in the penalty box during which time all comments are deleted regardless of the quality of content. You only have yourself to blame if that happens.

Wondered where Portland had gone to. Not sure that the return of someone this over-caffeinated is such a good thing. Oops, I am blowing some rules here--who's to say he is over-caffeinated and not simply a raving breakfast maniac? Ooops, more name calling.....
