Cyn has clarified in my mind why blogging and children's theatre classes are in fact exact opposites:
We start every class by attaching ourselves to the core of the earth with our 'prongs', with the idea that if we feel grounded and secure we can allow ourselves to play freely. There are only 2 rules:Remind me if I ever discuss starting GX40 Theatre Camp for the Overly-Sensitive and Marginally-Gifted. Until then, I apologize to you all for everything. Again.1)There are no stupid questions, so every question will be answered. If I (the teacher) does not know the answer, then we will try and find the answer together.2) We will not mock or humiliate each other.

I'm am starting to think we have this wrong. Should we blame ourselves for all this? Maybe we should blame children's theatre.

Well y'all...I agree. Blogging is the complete opposite. But we are hardened and cynical and know absolutley everything there is to know. Oh the joys of being a burden on the health care system with our grown-ups ways.
(Go play in a sand-box or something will ya)
