Listening to BBC Scotland's show Air this afternoon, I heard the new single "Do You Want To" from Franz Ferdinand which mentions a "transmission party" - I thought I was the only one that held parties for especially pleasing radio broadcasts anymore. Click here and the song plays from a point near the screen you are looking at right now...like something from the future. Later, it was a trash-bluegrass cover of "This Fire (Is Out Of Control)" by Hayseed Dixie.

That got me all Franzy and I had to check out the site and...lookie lookie...there is a new album called You Could Have It So Much Better... coming out in a few weeks. They have a bitty-blog. too.
