A meadow, a sheep farm, a hardwood forest and the shore. Lemoine Point Conservation Area is a fair sized park at the mouth of Collins Bay on Lake Ontario within the City of Kingston. After dodging bikers and saying hi to the nice dogs yesterday, we saw a white tail buck with a small rack bouncing across a field.
