It is good to see that back in Halifax Dalhousie's radio station, CKDU, is expanding its coverage area. When I were a lad around 1983 or so and Bob the Dog was the favorite radio show of nearly tens of people, doing a remote broadcast meant crawling out onto the roof of the SUB and extending coverage meant turning up the speakers in the lobby. In one of my few acts of political participation I ran for president of CKDU against one Keith Tufts until I realized he was a far better candidate than I would be at it and, indeed, he had the better 80s hair. So I allowed myself to be bought off with the paper title of generic manager of something or other and Keith got the ball rolling for a broadcast license. Typical.

Good to hear. Now they need to bring back "Satan's Trampoline". No station is complete without a full selection of Nordic black metal.
