Well, duh about the H2O being a leading factor in global warming. Anyone who has taken college level chemistry(with the material on IR spectroscopy and the theory behind it) should know that, and if you don't pray I'm never your TA ;). Not as effective as CO2, but similar, and there's a whole lot more water vapour than CO2(now ask me why I think that the hydrogen economy is a bad idea).
