The days of smallball are here again and staying for good with yesterday's good news:
Major League Baseball players and owners have come to terms on a set of tougher penalties for steroid use. The new agreement calls for a 50-game suspension for a first failed test, 100 games for a second and a lifetime ban for a third. After seeing the changes over the last couple of years - apart from the moral issues - this is good news for the game. Squeeze plays, bunts, a big play being as often a double as a home run. It's 1983 again.

Who cares about roids and baseball anyway, hitting home runs is about timing and seeing the pitch. If Steroids improve your vision then send then the boyz should consider Laser Surgery, it's legal isn't it?
