Woopee.
Paul McCartney is broadcasting a concert to astronauts:
Sir Paul McCartney is to become the first musician to broadcast live music to an audience in space. His rendition of the Beatles' song Good Day Sunshine is to be beamed to the international space station crew. Sir Paul told his official website he decided to make the broadcast after Nasa used the song to wake the crew of the Space Shuttle Discovery. If I were an astronaut this would be the biggest pain in the neck. Have I shared the fact that I can't stand Paul McCartney? I don't even know why. When I was a kid I liked Ringo best and then in my teens Lennon and then he was killed and then there was Beatlemania touring through Halifax every five months around 1981 and then...I pretty much stopped listening to the Beatles. To be locked in a inescapable steel tube in a airless void and be forced to listen to McCartney would surely have unanticipatable consequences. I might not even be able to eat my food in tubes.

I'm no great fan of Macca the thumbs up, whacky, old-pretender, but you can't deny that he wrote some fab toons when he was fab.
We'll miss him when he's gone.
