I saw a county by county US map that reminds me of another couple I have posted before. I wonder if there are any conclusions to be drawn by cross-comparisons? There does seem some relationship in the east between decreasing rural population and democratic voting but there is no confounded pattern to the usage in those counties of the words "pop" or "soda"!
