Yesterday was "Star Wars Day" in the elementary school playgrounds apparently - kids falling over each other to say "May the fourth be with you" in a Daffy Duck sort of way. Today is one of the 12 days of the century which have the same number in the day, month and year columns.
Be prepared for the end of the world coming on next yea's version, June 6th.

The last "perfect square day" was February 2, 2004. I remember being in class hearing my high school math teacher telling us about another "perfect square day", September 9, 1981.

We observed five to six this evening with great gusto: 5:55 pm on 5/5/05. That form of combination will not happen again for one hundred years, though it has happen 12 times in the last 53 months.
