Delegates review Tantrama City diorama before Time Conference 2007
Two years after the decision of the United States in 2005 to alter daylights savings time, a meeting was held with regional leaders to review the trade implications and determine if a regional approach was not now required in an effort to improve trade ties. In attendance were all four regional and staff plus representatives of the breakaway regions of Cape Breton, New Brunswick's Acadian Penninsula and staff as well as the Souris Downtown Region (Alleged) delegate.

...yet they rock and rolled all night.<p>I recall pals from undergrad at that time coming back and telling how all that summer there was sun until midnight and Newfoundland is so far north the sun basically rises in St. John's at 4:30 am anyway.
