I am in the middle of of a personal three-day weekend, more practice for my summer holiday. If you just jump right into a summer holiday, my theory is, you are not really prepared for it so you spend the first few days figuring out how to act on holiday - the right beat up clothes to wear, the right way to snooze mid-afternoon.
So yesterday, we had a morning swim in which I worked on throwing a ball, I napped from noon to two, I went here, then I watched a baseball game with a close ending having one of these - the middle one with elephants - for the first time. I day dreamed about a wedding gift I would like to give, too. That was about it. Oh, yes...I torked Offspring's Smash all the way back from the woods and marvelled at its symphonic aspects, guitars as percussive string section. And I ate homemade pasta sauce with roast eggplant in it.
I am hoping to do less today.

You have inspired me to go for a little hammock break when I get home from my reunion exursion. Ahhhhhh.
(maybe I can sleep off the gallon of wine I drank)

I think I did better today. Up at nine. Posted a bit in the morning. Swam around 11:30. Bought some Freddy Flintstone sized beef. Watched the Jays and Rangers. Snoozed - lord how I snoozed. My aunt once said that she could sleep for Scotland. Cooked and fed tiny niece visitors. Watched the Cards and Giants. Exhaled and inhaled.
