Apparently the statement of claim also alleges that the plaintiff was repeatedly referred to as "Jimmy" and was concerned by apparently aimiable offers of chip butties which, when rejected, were met with alternative offers of heedbutting. Legal scholars are already debating the meaning of words "Aye belong tae Glasgae, gud auld Glasgae toon..."
