Nicholas at Quotulatiousness has accepted a poke in the ribs from me, given after I read a few of his wine related posts, and struck out with the Ontario Wine Blog, a great opportunity to gather information about this province's wine industry.
Who is next? Who will next join the League of Beverage Bloggers?

There is a site called wine blog watch, where I've managed to sneak in. It is a part of a more comprehensive setup called food porn watch, where we definitely belong.

Ontario Wine Bloggers -
In Ontario our wine stores have sweetness ratings by numbers, from approx. 1 to 10 ( from driest to sweetest).
A friend of mine mentioned that it is oftne true that the more expensive the wine, the less the hangover after consumption. (Maybe fewer additives? The chemists will have to inform us.)
Wouldn't it be interesting (helpful?) if the Ontario-controlled wine stores also rated wines by the "likeliehood-to-cause-a-hangover"? 1 to 10? A to Z (for contrast)?
It might be very good for marketing certain wines. Just a thought . . .
