I am actually going to travel in Canada today, off to Ottawa to see the Lynx play the Syracuse Sky Chiefs in Triple A baseball. The Orioles farm team against Toronto's farm team. Sure it's no Watertown Wizards game...but what is? Syracuse won the game last night 3-2. Hey - Tim Raines Jr. is playing for Ottawa. Neato. Wonder if he slides into second on his belly, too.
Update: Well, Syracuse won 7-4 after a bad sixth inning for Ottawa. After the game, kids got to run the bases, though. Much of the talk aound us was whether the team would be there next year. When you take off the "Welcome to..." sign and there are luxury boxes empty I suppose that does come to mind.

Coming to Ottawa and I get no email or phone call? I would have joined you at the game. As I write this it's 4-4 in the sixth.

If I knew what you looked like, I may have seen you there too. I was sitting behind the Lynx dugout. It was a beautiful day for a ballgame even if the Lynx's bats did fall asleep after the second.

I was behind the Syracuse bench but moved to the shade up behind homeplate after the third or so. Did you get a good look at those calls at first, Mike? That was the difference in the game.

As you could see, the sign used to say 'Welcome to Jetform Park' which is no longer the name of the stadium. I'm not sure of the lack of a new sign is due to relocation plans or lack of a budget to put up a new one.

They had to take down the Jetform Park sign when Jetform was swallowed by Adobe. Apparently Adobe has a policy of not sponsoring sporting venues so that would explain the lack of an Adobe Park sign. I'm not sure why there's no Lynx Stadium sign though. Like Ben said, it's probably either a lack of money, or the intention to mov as soon as the lease is up.
The Lynx dugout is on the 3rd base side so I didn't get a great look at the plays at first. I was in MM, parallel with the third base bag, about 5 rows up.

I had it backwards. I was near you mor eto the plate side of the Lynx dugout until I moved in the second or third. Right around when that stupid mascot was blocking my view.
