#1 - For purposes of short but thoughtful comparative legal memo to self, come up with list of US legal proceedings subject to secrecy or publication bans or other forms of government restriction to freedom of speech. [Ed.: Can't think of any right now...something about "gnomeland security" or something like that is bouncing around in my head...I need some lunch...]

#3 - Shreek uncontrollably for hours as I realize much to my utter horror that the end of democractic government in Canada is actually upon us!!!
