Care of Best Buy and 65 bucks US, we can now take 831 1.2 MB photos with our digital camera. That is 1/2 of the memory on the hard drive of my last computer - sure I bought it in 1996 but it cost 3,000 bucks so I thought I would squeeze it for everything it was worth. Memory is like air now.
What am I going to take a 22 minute movie of anyway.

OK - maybe I am a big fat western world pig but I really like having 250 3.2 MB photos between downloads to computer. Click. Click. Clickity-click-click-click. Cl-cl-cl-cl-click-ick-ick-ickity-ick. Just you wait until Sunday night when I post it all.

I remember when I bought my first hard drive for the old PC - 10MB for 700 bucks! Pretty amazing how little a MB costs these days. I received one of those little USB memory sticks for Christmas that holds 512MB, I can stuff a lot of files in that puppy, and carry it with me on a little lanyard.
