We rolled out of PEI one year ago in two mini-vans with no idea whether we really turned on the unsold house's security system properly - did I mention that to my insurance agent? The transmission in one van, my folk's, lasted all the way to Moncton, two hours west. $3,000 later on Dad's credit card procured via a call to Scotland where they were for the winter, we were pissed off on two continents. Seeing as it was March break, only the Harry Potter room was left at $250 a night next to the highway. Kept the cats, caged during the drive, in the hotel bathrooms along the way, I learned that having a pee under loathing feline stares is uncomfortable.

Yes, you did neglect to advise your insurance broker :-)
