I try to read a bit when I wake and have something spark a little tale to tell. This Monday morning, however, the caffine is not getting above the C4 or C5 leaving my head a fuzz-ball. I wonder why coffee has its effect from the feet up? I blame the ribs. Not getting in at 2 am, sleeping to 1 pm and then napping twice Sunday...couldn't be that. So if anyone wants to write anything here feel free. I will try to think of something later.
Later. So here are somethings I am reading about today:
- Steven over at AOV is summarizing his experience as an
internet radio guy. I like his audio spots where he plays and talks about
tunes he likes and find it something like college radio, maybe a bit like ham
radio as well in its technically experimental nature. It would be interesting to
have a radio aggregator where files like Steve's could be added to a stream that
then plays them on a schedule, an impromptu radio station filled with content of
your own selection from people who are not aware of how their shows fit with
others.
- Ian continues to post some
great photos. What he and Steve prove is that the internet is a multi-media
platform in which we can pick and choose how to experience. Soon we will all be
connected via a wireless body glove in which we can select our choice of
physical sensation via the internet as we work or surf. I would like to be
floating in a warm lake as I work myself pushed about by gentle swell. Come to
think of it...no I wouldn't.
- This week's Forgotten New York is a splendid walk through a late 1800's to 1940's cemetery.
