P4W, King Street, Portsmouth Olympic Harbour and the Kingston Pen

Another picturesque setting finds another large jail, the Kingston Pen, built far from the town proper in the 1830s, now surrounded by the nice comfortable streets of Portsmouth Village. The disgraced P4W sits on the hilltop to the left. Like hundreds, I drive the road between the two twice a day.
