In an effort to crack down on a whole lot of stuff that shouldn't be going on, the government has decided to crack down on everything and cancel everything but going places accessible by asphalt. Fraternity and egality are getting a hard look at, too.

More nuttiness. Some questions:<ul><li>How is it against the criminal code to lay in the sun nude?</li><p><li>Why would a Tourism Minister take a position on a federal law as applied on private property?</li><p><li>Why wouldn't CBC PEI ask the RCMP, who actually have jurisdiction, on the question.</li></ul>
