Rooting around packing to go, I found my old 80 buch 1994 Canadian Tire special binoculars. I help them up to the window and got this photo of the Collins Bay Pen. Opening up MS Paint I got the detail in the lower frame cutting and pasting off of the 3.2 MB photo. Has this solved my need for 75% of the uses of a zoom camera costing, say, 800 bucks rather than my current 250 buck Sony P-32? Here is the same view without the binoculars from last December.
