These are the thoughts going through my head these days: I don't know what to make of this situation where winning appears to be structured on a handover to a former Ba'athist, or this one where people are still being tortured long after the tyrant's fall, or this one where the greatest teams on ice are playing in the tropics, or this one where our Supreme Court is going to review th law of Lego, or how a democracy can have secret legal definitions.
This, however, makes sense:
There's a chance Don Cherry won't be behind his familiar Coach's Corner desk after this season. Don Cherry has not yet reached contract terms with the CBC for next season. The 70-year-old hockey commentator told the Globe and Mail the CBC has not committed to renewing his contract for Hockey Night in Canada next season.

Personally I don't mind having hockey being played in Florida. Tampa is a fantastic team to watch and I honetly think the southeast division is going to be the most exciting division to watch over the next 5 years. Atlanta is on the verge of breaking out Tampa-style, Florida has some great young talent and the best goalie in the league and then there's Carolina and Washington. The Caps have a slew of draft picks including the number one pick for next year. Something good has to come out of that. Carolina is a bit of a mess but I have a soft spot for them having lived down the highway from the Hurricanes.
But while teams like Toronto, NYR, Detroit, Dallas and Colorado are aging the southeast is growing stronger.
