Aggregator Perfectator

So, given there is perhaps dissatisfaction, and echoing Jevon's question, what would be a perfect aggregator? Does one exist now that would:

make me feel I was dealing with the author and not just a paragraph;
contextualizes the new;
does not overwhelm with the tangential;
allows me to block by comment author / key word or even accept by author / key word.

It is, of course, useful to point out that among the ale set the suffix -ator does have special meaning and that perfection of that sort would entail a southern german dopple bock high-test clone. Another sort of perfect.

Almost Famous

...down to 12th in August

...hanging on at 24 in April.
