A ten minute walk from work gets you a 70 cent stamp for a real handwritten letter to SoPo, Me.; this morning's The New York Times, and its all important sports section given tonight's game; and a small bag of Royal Gala apples. There are local Spy apples down there in the Kingston Farmer's Market the size of small cars. Apples are drastically underrated in large part to the pap of Delicious and Macs which are foisted upon the people.
The front page of the Times holds a secret forerunner. It states: "Yanks and Red Sox Take It to the Limit". It does so in red ink. My fixation for the day is well underway.
