60,000 BTUs of turkey cookin' power

We were down in southern south-west west central Ontario having dinner with about 17 of the Pennys of Owen Sound side of the family. Impressive was "the right to meat" campaign which not only saw this impressive meat cooking machine at work on Boxing Day but steaks stacked like flap jacks on the 27th and a gift of home-made pepperettes to take home. I've been reviewing my position on manly preparations of consumable animal flesh since my run in with jerky last summer. A small but important touch hovering over the rotating turkey body was the Orange County Choppers toque (detail shown) on the incredibly anonymized chef seen above.
